Kare wa juunenkan Nihon ni sunde ita. Nihongo ga jouzu na wake da.
He lived in Japan for 10 years. No wonder his Japanese is good.
つまり、あなたは反対だというわけですね。
Tsumari, anata wa hantai da to iu wake desu ne.
In other words, you mean you're against it.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
わけがない = can't possibly be, わけではない = doesn't mean that.
