Formation
[Noun] + から + [Noun] + にかけて
Examples
春から夏にかけて、雨が多い。
Haru kara natsu ni kakete, ame ga ooi.
There is a lot of rain from spring through summer.
関東から東北にかけて、地震があった。
Kantou kara Touhoku ni kakete, jishin ga atta.
There was an earthquake from Kanto through Tohoku.
