Formation

[Verb/い-adj/な-adj/Noun] + に決まっている

Examples

あの人は金持ちに決まっている。

Ano hito wa kanemochi ni kimatte iru.

That person is surely rich.

彼女が怒っているに決まっている。

Kanojo ga okotte iru ni kimatte iru.

She is definitely angry.
