Formation

[Noun] + であれ / [Verb] + であれ

Examples

誰であれ、ルールは守るべきだ。

Dare de are, ruuru wa mamoru beki da.

Whether it be anyone, rules should be followed.

どこであれ、頑張ってください。

Doko de are, ganbatte kudasai.
